Rubio Monocoat Fumed Rubio Monocoat Fumed, has been developed to create a special effect on Oak and Ash. Since this product reacts in accordance to the amount of tannic acid that is present in the wood, this treatment allows to create very unique and personilised effects. Rubio Monocoat Smoke Rubio Monocoat Smoke has been especially developed to provide an ammonia smoked aspect to Oak or Ash. Since this product reacts in accordance to the amount of tannic acid that is present in the used wood, this treatment allows to creat a very unique and personilised effect also. SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS: - Provides a 'greying' effect to the wood (Fumed)

- Can be post-treated with Rubio Monocoat Oil as well as Rubio Monocoat Varnish

Store in dry conditionsand in the original packaging. Keep away from frost DIRECTIONS FOR MANUAL APPLICATION: - Sand the planks until the desired effect has been reached - Remove any dust - Apply either RMC Fumed or Smoke regularly using a roller or a brush. If a smoth effect is required saturate the surface completely with the product For RMC FUMED - wash off the excess of the product with water and a sponge, go over the surface and wring the sponge with the absorbed product out in the second bucket - Let the surface dry completely (12 to 48hrs) - Sandpaper the surface lightly with a polisher equipped with a beige pad - Remove any dust again - Finish with Rubio Monocoat Oil DIRECTIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION: - Sand the planks until the desired effect has been reached - Remove any dust - Apply either RMC Fumed or Smoke regularly using a roller or a spray gun. If a smooth effectis required saturate the surface completely with the product - Let the surface dry completely - to the air, with a drying tunnelor UV drying - Sand the surface lightly with a brushsanding machine, flutter or nylon - Remove any dust again - Finish with Rubio Monocoat Oil |
